On Sunday, 5th of March I will be teaching a Flow Yoga class in the lovely studio at Herman's.

We will explore the concept of BALANCE in a playful way. We will try to attempt this delicate feeling of BALANCE, connecting to our roots but still feeling light and calm. BALANCE is not a physical or mental state we can sustainably achieve and master. Finding inner and outer BALANCE rather is a constant dance, a beautiful practice of feeling steadiness and ease.
